My full name is Gabriel Norberto Parodi, born in 1960 in Argentina, the Tango-country of Dr. Federico Leloir, Jorge Luis Borges, Carlos Gardel, Juán Manuel Fangio and why not, Diego Maradona. A place of mixtures, contrasts, misery, happiness and hopes as you could hear... I am a Civil engineer, staff of the Water Resources and Environmental Studies Division (WRES) of the International Institute of Aerospace Survey and Earth Sciences, (ITC). As ITC staff I share my time between international training in applied hydrology, consultory and research.

Major fields: Remote sensing, land surface processes, climate hydrology, surface energy balance, applied hydrology software development.
